Catherine Smith is an experienced social service professional with a passion for partnership cultivation, community development, and program management. Since joining Sangfroid Strategy in 2020, she has made a significant impact on social service organizations by building their capacity in evaluation and data collection and helping them create sustainable solutions for the problems they aim to solve. Catherine draws on her expertise in nonprofit systems work to transform the way social service agencies function.

 

Catherine's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Science in Social Administration & a Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences.
