Associate Consultant
Halle Rose is invested in innovative systems-level change. Her love for creative problem-solving drives her use of research and analytics to understand cross-sectional challenges and inform strategic decision-making. Her past experience as a mixed-methods researcher, data analyst, informaticist, and trauma-informed community practitioner helps bridge clients' strategic objectives to actionable insights.

Her work with clients includes optimizing research processes, crafting evaluation strategies, and using software solutions to assess organizational impact. Her objective is always to create client-centered, sustainable solutions. She works with clients to identify opportunities, develop achievable goals, and develop metrics to monitor their progress.
She holds a Master of Social Work with a Certificate in Trauma-Informed Practice from Case Western Reserve University, and a Master of Public Health concentrated in Population Health Research and Health Informatics, also from Case Western. She holds a Bachelor's in Cognitive Science and English from Case Western and is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio. Outside work, she is an avid rock climber, Latin dancer, and Cleveland coffee enthusiast.
