Strategy and Implementation
Since 2022, Sangfroid Strategy has partnered with the LGBT Center of Greater Cleveland to develop a comprehensive program evaluation process. Our work includes creating a Theory of Change framework to connect daily operations with long-term goals and integrating a data management and analysis system to enhance program tracking. We are also developing a data-driven insights dashboard and a structured training plan to ensure successful implementation. This initiative empowers the Center with the tools needed to measure impact, improve services, and sustain long-term success.
