We believe Black and Brown communities deserve equitable access to opportunity. Our work is grounded in understanding systemic inequities and driven by a commitment to racial equity in every engagement.
100% of our work revolves around making programs, processes,systems, and opportunities more equitable. We do this by integrating practices that promote equity in everything we do.
In our work supporting organizations, we draw on the work of the Equitable Evaluation Initiative and principles of the Racial Equity Institute by:
