About Marissa

Marissa Williams is passionate about strengthening communities through effective nonprofit and government services. Drawing on experience in community development, leadership development, and consulting, she helps organizations design strategies that address complex social challenges and drive meaningful impact.

Marissa has partnered with nonprofits, local governments, and state agencies across the country to develop outcomes-driven strategies that improve services for individuals, families, and communities. She specializes in facilitating dynamic conversations, engaging diverse stakeholders, and guiding organizations through complex decision-making processes. Whether working with a small nonprofit or a large state agency, Marissa brings a thoughtful, tailored approach, helping leaders make sense of their data, align on a shared vision, and implement sustainable solutions.

Marissa holds a Master’s in Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve University, with a concentration in Community and Social Development, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Willamette University. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering with City Dogs Cleveland, reading, board games, and spending time with her husband, Patrick, and their cat.
