Strategic Planning
In Spring 2025, Sangfroid Strategy partnered with Barberton Community Foundation to develop its 5-year strategic plan. Sangfroid Strategy’s strategic planning process spanned six weeks and included robust and comprehensive stakeholder engagement, including a survey of board and staff members and several planning workshops. Led by the leadership team, board, and staff, this process defined clear goals and practical strategies that will inform Barberton Community Foundation’s work in the community and deepen their impact.
