Collaboration Consulting
Sangfroid Strategy partnered with Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) to design and prototype the Equity & Me training series, a six-part program aimed at transforming how 7,000+ staff members recognize and respond to race and racism in the workplace. We facilitated partner collaboration, program development, and material creation, while also establishing monitoring and assessment infrastructure to improve implementation. Our team supported project management, onboarding new staff, and transitioning program oversight to CMSD’s internal leadership. A key component of our work included rapid prototyping—developing a real-time impact dashboard that integrates administrative data, qualitative feedback, and pre- and post-survey results. This approach enabled CMSD to refine the program between iterations, resulting in a 28% increase in participants’ motivation to engage in racial equity efforts within their schools and workplaces.
