Research & Evaluation
In 2024, Sangfroid Strategy conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the Akron Medical-Legal Partnership (MLP) with Community Legal Aid as part of a DHS grant. The project involved aligning key milestones for grant implementation, establishing a core evaluation team, and developing a structured research design. We facilitated a participatory approach to data collection, setting up a robust infrastructure between Akron Children’s Hospital and Akron Legal Aid. Our team conducted qualitative analysis through focus groups and interviews, alongside quantitative assessments of case management data. The final comprehensive evaluation provides strategic insights to enhance MLP’s effectiveness and supports ongoing and future operational strategies.
