Collaboration Consulting
Sangfroid Strategy led an extensive analysis and community engagement effort for the Greater Cleveland COVID-19 Rapid Response Fund, collaborating with 70+ philanthropic partners and engaging 750+ nonprofits and community members. Our work shaped the strategic direction for Phase 2 and Phase 3 (2021-2022), focusing on rapid response, nonprofit sector adaptation, and long-term recovery through racial equity and economic well-being initiatives. Now in its fourth year, the effort has transitioned into the Funders Collaborative on COVID Recovery, forming a coalition addressing systemic inequities in nonprofit accessibility and resilience. We continue to support this initiative by facilitating collaboration, recruiting cross-sector partners, and advancing strategic work plans. Our team has also developed a comprehensive nonprofit landscape assessment and an automated grant data dashboard, ensuring transparency in racial equity funding and driving long-term impact in the Greater Cleveland region.
