Strategy and Implementation
In Fall 2024, Sangfroid Strategy partnered with Motogo to create a three-year strategic plan to support its mission of teaching problem-solving skills through motorcycle mechanics. Our process included extensive stakeholder engagement, incorporating input from staff, board members, students, contractors, schools, and funders to ensure a well-rounded approach. Over six weeks, we worked with Motogo’s leadership team and strategic planning committee to define clear goals and actionable strategies. The resulting plan provides a structured framework to guide decision-making and program growth. This strategic roadmap strengthens Motogo’s ability to build resilience, confidence, and technical skills in the youth it serves.
