Collaboration Consulting

Near West Partners (NWP), a collaboration between Ohio City Incorporated (OCI) and Tremont West Development Corporation (TWDC), engaged Sangfroid Strategy to explore new partnership models aimed at strengthening community impact and operational efficiency. Our process included stakeholder engagement, surveys, and strategic planning, resulting in two potential models: a full merger through NWP or a formalized management contract model. The final report outlined recommendations based on extensive community input, emphasizing long-term sustainability, cost efficiency, and social impact. The findings incorporated survey data on safety, housing, walkability, economic opportunities, and overall well-being, disaggregated by race, socioeconomic status, education, and geography. This initiative provides a strategic framework for enhanced collaboration and community-driven development on Cleveland’s near west side.
