Neighborhood Connections' mission is to honor, ignite, and celebrate people’s gifts and meet residents where they are. They do so by sharing our collective power, providing support through the mutual sharing of resources, nurturing connections within our network of community, and building authentic relationships through open dialogue to move toward creating a more just, equitable, and democratic society.

Community-Wide Assessments
In 2023-2024, Sangfroid Strategy collaborated with Neighborhood Connections to develop a strategic plan that builds on the organization's successes and unique position in the community. The planning committee refined the mission, core values, and vision while establishing eight strategic goals with clear implementation benchmarks. Through extensive engagement with network members, grantees, funders, and partners, we ensured the plan aligned with stakeholder needs and long-term sustainability. The resulting strategy provides a structured roadmap for measuring impact, enhancing services, and securing future funding support.
