Recompete
The Recompete Pilot Program will invest in economically distressed communities to create and connect people to good jobs. This program aims to create renewed economic opportunity in communities that have for too long been forgotten. The program targets areas where prime-age (25-54 years) employment significantly trails the national average, with the goal to close this gap through large, flexible investments.
Community-Wide Assessments
In 2024, Sangfroid Strategy will lead a Community Needs Assessment in Southeast Canton, Ohio, to evaluate economic and workforce development challenges within the Prime Age Employment Gap community. This project involves developing a structured survey instrument, implementing a strategic distribution plan, and facilitating focus groups to gather qualitative insights. Real-time monitoring of survey responses will ensure accurate data collection, culminating in a comprehensive report with key findings and recommendations. This assessment will provide actionable insights to inform workforce initiatives and support economic mobility efforts in the region.
