Strategy and Implementation
In 2025, Sangfroid Strategy will collaborate with the Wean Foundation to enhance its evaluation capacity and support data-driven decision-making. This initiative includes designing a tailored evaluation plan aligned with the foundation’s REI Strategic Direction and 2024-2028 objectives. We will streamline data collection methods and develop an interactive dashboard using Google Looker Studio to provide real-time visualizations. The project will be executed in five phases: project kickoff, data and evaluation design, dashboard development, internal transition, and ongoing support. By equipping the foundation with robust tools and training, this initiative will optimize grantmaking processes and strengthen equitable funding decisions.
